HOW WE DO IT

SHIPPING POLICY

If packages are refused or undeliverable based on customer error or unavailability to receive the package, the shipping carrier may return the order to Eternal due to their inability to deliver. If you choose not to have your order re-delivered, we can refund you the cost of the items purchased; however, the original shipping cost and any undeliverable charge from the shipping carrier will be deducted from your refund.

If you are not satisfied with an item purchased from Eternal, you can return the item for refund within 14 calendar days using the following guidelines:

 

Items priced as Final Sale items are non-refundable.

 

Regular priced and sale Items are refundable, but must be returned to Eternal in original condition, unused and in its original packaging. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will confirm receipt and conduct an inspection of the item(s). If any item does not meet these requirements, you will be notified. Eternal reserve the right to refuse to refund if the item has signs of wear and tear. 

 

Customers wishing to return items purchased from Eternal must contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number prior to sending products back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

RETURNS

We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter or respond to a survey. This includes name, email, address, phone number and/or credit card information. Any information we collect from you may be used as follows:

Eternal Travel Boutique allows consumers to affirmatively opt to subscribe to our website. If a consumer opts to subscribe, they provide us with their name and email address. These subscribers receive emails with announcements from our company such as upcoming sale, blog posts, events, etc. In addition, when a consumer makes a purchase, Eternal collects their name and address in order to allow us to ship their purchases. Eternal collects geographic data to help us determine where we should target our sales and marketing initiatives. Eternal does not share or sale consumer information to third-party persons or entities. 

 

When consumers no longer wish to receive communications from Eternal, they may unsubscribe using the unsubscribe link provided in our email communications.
